Our company values include respect for individuals and the communities in which we live and work. Our employees and advisors demonstrate this value every day by generously donating their time and talents to volunteer service.
- Our employees and advisors donated 50,000 volunteer hours last year.
- Each quarter, Ameriprise recognizes volunteers through our Volunteer Rewards Program. Recipients receive dollars to donate to an eligible nonprofit of their choice.
- Ameriprise offers employees eight hours of paid time off annually for volunteer service.

Nonprofit partner spotlight
Angel Foundation: In 2019, Ameriprise became the first founding partner of Angel Foundation’s Financial Cancer Care program to address the financial challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis. The program pairs Angel Foundation clients with Ameriprise CFP advisors to receive pro-bono financial planning services. Since the program’s inception in March 2020, more than 950 families have been served.
American Corporate Partners: American Corporate Partners, a national nonprofit, is dedicated to helping Veterans and their spouses transition from the armed services to the private sector through one-on-one mentoring with corporate professionals. Since 2023, more than 120 Ameriprise advisors and employees have served as mentors.
