A process is in place to expedite money movement. For assistance, please call the Ameriprise Client Service Center at 800.862.7919. Hours are:

  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time (CT), Monday - Friday
  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT) Saturday and Sunday

Representatives can also assist with RiverSource Insurance and Annuity accounts and answer insurance premium questions.

Log in to the secure site on ameriprise.com for anytime, online access to account information, statements and documents. You can also securely access this information on the Ameriprise app.
