Zachary provides administrative and operational support, and also coordinates meetings, training and seminars. Zachary is the point person for advisor questions, and proactively works with advisors to ensure they receive the support they need.

Responsibilities include: strategic business planning and financial management; both direct and influential leadership of advisors, leaders, and staff across the region branch offices; and human resource leadership.
